Disassembled tubehead. Replaced defective components. Flushed out old oil and residue. Reassembled tubehead with apoxy and additional strap for sealing purposes. Added new oil under vacuum. Tested operation of tubehead under a wide range of operating conditions. All parameters are within manufacturer's specifications.
