Tiny House Farm Stand / Concession Trailer, mini-split HVAC & handwashing sink.
We converted this tiny house into a farm stand to sell frozen meat and refrigerated produce directly to consumers.
This tiny house concession stand is heavy and tall, best used for a seasonal or semi-permanent location.
We built it in Colorado from a Trailer Made Custom tiny house kit and used it in Boise where we used it as a delivery distribution / farm stand for our farm.  Unfortunately, we are closing and need to liquidate our remaining assets.  It now sits in a storage lot in Denver. We were only able to use this stand for a few months, so it’s in fantastic condition. All the refrigeration units were brand new when we built it last year and everything works perfectly. It also has a smart-tv that works as a digital menu or signage system.  It features a rollup glass garage door to service customers. Or you can have people come in and shop... in one door, and out the other.  It has a small sink with a water heater, a nice mini-split that both heats and cools the space, and 2 ceiling fans. This tiny house trailer could also work as a grab-and-go food service, sandwich shop, etc.
If you can't pick up this trailer in Denver, I can assist with professional delivery arrangements. The company I use for transport runs about ,500 for a 1,000-mile delivery distance.
