All "working" pieces are in excellent, very usable and clean condition.  The booklet is undated is in very good plus condition. Back page has a 1.5" by 1.5" tear, is wrinkled and bent corners.  Inside content is clean, NOT written on.
Nothing in this lot has been cleaned!
